This is probably one of the best ways for nonregistered users to receive technical assistance. If you're having problems, more likely than not someone else has had the same problem, and can offer you advice on how to solve it.

VTT also has an IRC channel
Join the channel #vtt-dj on the EFNET network. I drop by fairly often to answer questions and such. Even if I'm not around there are always several knowledgable VTT users online to help as well.
