Please print out and mail in the order form in VTT's help file. This order form can be found by viewing the HELP menu and selecting HOW TO REGISTER.
ONCE YOU REGISTER:
Codes are typically sent out within a DAY of ordering. If after 48 hours, you have not yet received your registration codes, take the following steps:
1) Check the REGISTRATIONS message board for your email address. We may have it wrong and this is our only way of contacting you (We would call, but that gets expensive and we are very poor).
2) After 4 days, please contact our orders department at registrations@carrotinnovations.com
For invalid or misbehaving codes, contact registrations@carrotinnovations.com.
